Based in the vibrant city of Phoenix, AZ, we are a dynamic husband-and-wife team dedicated to creating a lasting legacy and making a positive impact in our communities. With diverse backgrounds spanning engineering, fintech, AI, and real estate, we bring a unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm to our ventures. Originally from Haiti and Cameroon, we both moved to the US at a young age. We pursued higher education and discovered our shared commitment to growth and community. Danielle holds a Doctorate in Applied Mathematics and Analytics from Cornell University, while Franz has a Master's in Engineering from the same esteemed institution.
Real Estate
Our real estate journey has seen us owning, managing, partnering on, and renovating various assets, ranging from short-term rentals to apartment buildings. We strongly believe in the potential of real estate and are proud of the solid, trustworthy reputation we have built over the years.
Education
Education is paramount to us. Beyond our advanced degrees, we continually invest in our growth through real estate, business, & personal development masterminds. We also founded a nonprofit organization to support individuals in pursuing & achieving their PhD goals, reflecting our commitment to lifelong learning & community empowerment.
Community Engagement
Our commitment to community extends beyond our professional endeavors. We actively engage in philanthropic efforts, providing scholarships to students in rural Haiti and initiating a microfinance lending program for poor farmers. Through these initiatives, we aim to empower individuals and foster sustainable development in our communities.
Our Journey
The Beginning
Our paths serendipitously crossed over 13 years ago and the journey began immediately. Since then, our story has been one of upward momentum, filled with unforgettable memories and milestones. We are now proud parents to two incredible children who inspire us daily to be kind, patient, and intentional individuals.
Building a Legacy
In 2016, we took a significant step by purchasing our first real estate investment property, driven by the desire to build a legacy for our children and work on projects that genuinely matter. This pivotal moment marked the founding of our company, allowing us to take control of our time and demonstrate to our communities that it is possible to live a life of purpose and impact. This endeavor enabled us to grow our real estate and investment portfolio and develop our expertise in these fields. We believe in the power of intentionality, authenticity, and community, striving to be examples of success and integrity.
